Kitchen & Bath on the Isle offers a “One-Stop-Shop Showroom” environment that is user friendly and professional. Our showroom has product selections for cabinets, appliances, plumbing, electric, countertops, flooring, and more. Our design capabilities and media room simplify any ‘difficult to resolve’ design questions. With Kitchen and Bath on the Isle you have a State Certified Building Contractor who has the experience to handle any, and all, your remodeling needs. We work with reputable, and established, state licensed and insured subcontractors. Your remodeling project will be measured by us, designed by us, and rechecked by us prior to ordering.
Protection
Because Kitchen & Bath on the Isle is a State Certified Building Contractor you can be assured that our subcontractors are licensed also.
Most kitchen and bath companies and cabinet shops in the area are not certified by the State of Florida with a Contractor’s License. Although they list themselves as licensed and insured, an occupational license does not allow them to Contract as a Contractor. They can recommend licensed subcontractors for you to work with (making you the contractor), but they cannot act as a General Contractor like Kitchen & Bath on the Isle does. In fact, many unlicensed contractors generally have handymen or carpenters do electric, plumbing, and other similar jobs. You become responsible indefinitely for the unlicensed remodeling work.
Before choosing a company for your kitchen and bath remodeling project, consider what you don’t know that can ruin your life. What happens if an uninsured worker gets hurt on your project, faulty wiring from an unlicensed electrician results in a fire in ten years, or plumbing backs up from carpenters or handymen doing plumbing? If you should sell your home, the responsibility for their work becomes yours.

We would like to thank Kitchen and Bath on the Isle for the excellent work performed on our recent master bath remodel. In a project such as this you often do not know where to start, and Al and April were a valuable resource in making decisions. From initial demolition to final finishing touches, they kept us informed of who was to be expected and at what time. We were residing in the home during the work so dust and dirt were a major concern. We were very pleased that both were kept to an absolute minimum and other areas not being worked on were protected. We would not hesitate to recommend Kitchen and Bath on the Isle to anyone contemplating a remodel.
